This estate, surrounded by a lush garden and ancient olive trees, is arranged over two levels and was built with typical country-style materials, such as wood, terracotta and majolica.

Over the years the owners have collected different tools from the farming world. The precious collection is displayed in some areas of the living room.

The pool is equipped with a solarium and a gazebo with outdoor furniture.

Guests can use a functional barbecue to prepare grilled specialties.

The villa has a private vegetable garden where organic products, also available to customers, are grown.

The villa is equipped with table tennis facilities, bocce courts, a pool table, a five aside football pitch and a basketball court.

A private unattended car park is also available for guests.

##Villa Villa Tenute Aversa features cosy interiors equipped with all amenities: -4 Bedroom Villa: a living room with a dining area and a fireplace, a built-in kitchen with a wood-fired oven. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom. The sleeping area on the first floor consists of three bedrooms. The master bedroom offers wonderful views of the countryside and also features an original spiral staircase that leads to a wooden mezzanine with an extra bed available. The other two bedrooms overlook a covered terrace, with views of the pool.

The villa has bathrooms with shower and hair dryer (on request), a kitchen, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, an espresso machine, a toaster, TV, DVD player, an iron and a washing machine. An alarm system is also available.
